The Customer Excellence programme builds strong high-trust relationships in long term and complex client relationships. It provides practical and sophisticated approaches to drive greater ability to connect; influence and engage with others and manage any client situation. The programme: develops excellent people skills to deliver outstanding service in demanding situations; develops self- awareness and self-management capability to enhance service relationships; teaches proven positive communication tools to influence mutually excellent outcomes; equips participants with tools to be highly aware different customer needs and how to flex their style to these needs. The modular programme builds capability over a 6 month period.
