This programme develops a managerial solution-focused mindset which equips participants to find solutions; options and a way forward in any situation. They will learn self-assessment and self-management skills to help them to stay focused and productive. They will learn how to flex their approach and communication style to different personalities so they can engage effectively at all levels.
