The Connect & Collaborate Masterclass is designed for graduates of MGI’s Mindset; Language & Actions Toolkit who need to excel in building strong; collaborative relationships with customers; colleagues and stakeholders ensuring the best outcomes from any interaction. Providing practical and sophisticated approaches to drive greater ability to connect; influence and engage with others. The programme develops excellent people skills to deliver outstanding service in demanding situations. It teaches proven positive communication tools to influence mutually excellent outcomes. Participants will be equipped with tools to be highly aware of different customer needs and how to flex their style to these needs.
Our unique training Toolkits are based on the work of two highly respected experts - Mary Gober and Seán Weafer. Our team of industry experts work closely with customers and our wider MGI team to drive business outcomes and growth.
Our Consultants work with customers all over the world and travel to research, design and deliver learning programmes. This can be through traditional face to face learning, a combination of digital and face to face learning or by developing a team through a 'train-the-trainer' accreditation.
